Prepress Checklist

Along with my digital files I have included a mock-up or dummy proof, preferably scaled at 100%, with all folds and cuts indicated.
All of the fonts in my document, even those used in imported graphics, have been sent along with my job.
I have linked rather than embedded all imported graphics used in my document.
On my disk, I have included separate files for each imported graphic used in my document.
All of my photos are high resolution (300 DPI at size used) and I have sized them appropriately in my document.
I have saved all color photos which need to separate in CMYK format as either PSD, TIFF or EPS files.
All required EPS, TIFF and graphics files are included.
All original files used to construct embedded graphics are included.
I have avoided using style commands to create bold, italic, shadow or outline fonts which often causes the font to display improperly when imaged to film. Instead, I have selected the proper version of the font from the font menu.
I have prepared my file in an application that supports color separations, printer's marks and line screen control, and have made sure that Concord Graphic Arts supports this application. (Concord Graphic Arts supports Quark Express, Adobe PageMaker, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, Macromedia Freehand. Other programs MAY incur additional charges.)
I will not hold CGA responsible for any errors, whether verbal or written if printed with my approval.
Verbally communicated changes are not the responsibility of CGA unless the change is verified by submitting written instructions prior to printing. (The written communication of change may be transmitted via fax or e-mail.)
If necessary, I have included detailed instructions concerning additional graphic services such as scanning, color correcting, typesetting, layout or design.
I have included final laser prints of all document pages, and made sure that they are made from the same final file that I'm sending to CONCORD GRAPHIC ARTS.
I have included a dummy for imposition and folding.
A completed order form is included.
I have NOT sent any irrelevant documents or files.
I have NOT sent any incorrect or outdated laser prints.
